Yes. Guides, scripts, videos and help requests are free. There is no sign-up and no paid tier.

Anyone working in IT, especially people early in their career or moving into cloud, security or AI. Experienced engineers are welcome too.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within a few days. This is community help shared in my own time, so I can’t promise a response time. For emergencies, contact your IT provider.
Can I use the scripts in my environment?
Yes, but read and test every script in a non-production environment first, and make sure it fits your organisation’s change process.
What shouldn’t I send?
Never send passwords, keys, tenant IDs, customer data or anything confidential. Describe the problem in general terms instead.
Is the help on this site really free?
Yes. Every guide, script and video is free, and so is asking a question. Replies come as time allows.
